Total Waste

I came across app very excited to get caricature for niece birthday party. I did not know that I would never receive pic and was charged twice. Ive sent numerous emails to SUPPORT, but of course, no response. When I go to check order, I am kicked out of the app.
Its ridiculous to have this app still up after reading the numerous bad reviews .
